What is Mémorelle?

Mémorelle is the heart project of Barbara and Tiago, husband and wife. We are both photographers and videographers.

What is your style?

We have a documentary style and we don't like to interfere in the natural course of the day. We like to get close to our couples and we want them to feel us as guests and friends on their wedding day. We chase moments, emotions and spontaneity.

Where are you based?

We live in Lisbon, Portugal but we are always on the move as we love to travel and have family also in Luxembourg and Spain. Ask us where we are, we might be close to you!

What values do you practice?

Our values depend if you are having an elopement or a full wedding. Our best pack service costs 5900€.

Do you work with drone?

Yes, we always carry the drone.

Is there a time limit to the coverage?

All packages are priced to a maximum of 10 hours.

Are the photos edited?

Yes, all photos are edited one by one and saved as high resolution JPEG.

We only deliver edited images and never give raw files.

What can we expect from the wedding videos?

Videos have a completely different creative side to pictures. As our style is photo reportage, what we capture is essentially what is happening on the day and therefore your participation is fundamental to the final result. During the day there are unique moments, only yours, there are songs chosen by you and it's your day that inspires us when we make the videos and choose the songs. The music brings harmony between the right music and the right image and because of the creativity and copyright we hope you will trust us knowing our editing style. If when you receive the videos you see a technical fault, we will make the change without charge. Trusting in our creativity and sensitivity the videos are final and changes may incur additional costs.

We never give raw files.

How are pictures and videos delivered?

The edited pictures are delivered via an online gallery. Downloading is free and there is the option to order printed photos, albums, thank you cards etc directly from the best suppliers to your home through the gallery.

From experience at our wedding we felt it was important to have the photos available indefinitely in the gallery. Therefore we decided to make an extra effort and keep the gallery available indefinitely for the couple.

The final videos are sent to you via a download link.

What are the delivery times for pictures and videos?

The photos are usually delivered 3 months after the wedding date. Videos are delivered 6 months after the delivery of the photos.

How do we book you?

A contract is sent to you and the fulfillment of this together with the payment of the deposit (40%) reserves our commitment for your day.

Why do I have to pay the deposit?

The deposit is what ensures the booking of the wedding day. With this deposit Mémorelle will refuse any wedding for the same day. Should the wedding take place over 100km away from Lisbon, Mémorelle will refuse any wedding on the day before and the day after the day booked, thus ensuring security and commitment to the couple.

When will we get in touch again once the day is booked?

Whenever you want or have any questions, we are always available!

However, closer to the wedding date (about 15 days before), we always send a form for you to fill in with the details of the day so we can line up the events - although we are always with you and end up always recording everything, there are always surprise moments or details that are important to know in advance, including timings.
